In another experiment published recently in the journal Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, researchers studied the effectiveness of yoga in treating insomnia, and for 12 weeks, participants took yoga classes twice a week along with daily sessions at home. The yoga group reported significant improvements both in their physical and mental well-being.
